In 2012, the Bacchanal used a budget of US$100 million to revolutionize how buffet dining is done in the US. It instantly became a trendsetter. It provided both traditional and modern food in a new buffet presentation in upscale environment. Buffet dining suddenly stopped being what you eat at a friend's wedding and became the 'in-thing' among the foodies.

The restaurant runs on a 9-in-1 restaurant model. The chefs oversee preparation of such delicacies as prime rib, roasted Carolina shrimps and grits, chilled king crab legs, baked soufflés, oak-grilled chops, dim sum, pho etc. The menu is a representation of all world major cuisines. At this restaurant, you do not need signature dining. You can sample all the world major delicacies without having to pay premium for them.

Popular delicacies with the guests at the restaurant include; Japanese Curry, Made-to-order Crepe, Fried Chicken and Waffles, Min Wagyu Sliders, and Red Velvet Pancakes.

Breakfast at the restaurant will set you back on US$20, Lunch US$30 and dinner US$50 or more. The restaurant does not insist on dress code and thus any casual will do.

The timings of the restaurant are as follows; breakfast (7:30 AM to 11:00AM), lunch (11:00AM to 3:00PM), dinner ( 3PM to 10PM), Champagne on Saturday (8:00AM to 3:00PM), Brunch on Sunday (8AM to 3PM). Guests are advised to call in advance if they will be dining in groups of 12 or more.
