Time is money – especially in terms of business travel. Fortunately, Marriott is launching their mobile check-in service to cut time from lengthy delays at the check-in desks.
Time savers are crucial in corporate travel, and that's why the Marriott Hotels & Resorts initiative to expand its check-in service on a mobile device app is a major step up for the brand.
The app is already available at more than 30 locations throughout Canada and the US, with the intention to open it up to about 325 branches in the near future.
The app allows you to check-in after 4PM the day before your booking date, then sends a notification to the traveller when their room is ready. The key can be retrieved at a mobile check-in desk – no more waiting around at a check-in desk while your details are inputted into the computer system!
